From Struggle to Strength: Ritta’s Journey, The Story Behind Awaken Align Hub
Hi, I’m Ritta Parmarr,
My journey to healing wasn’t easy—it was born from years of struggle, responsibilities, and personal battles.
A Life of Sacrifice and Survival
As the eldest daughter in my family, I carried the weight of responsibilities from a young age. My focus shifted from dreams to survival, ensuring my family’s well-being. By 2005, I landed my first job, earning just ₹2,000 per month—not for ambition, but for survival.
For 17 years, I worked tirelessly, managing work, family responsibilities, and financial struggles. Stress, overthinking, and emotional exhaustion became my reality. I suffered from chronic health issues like severe stomach pain, diabetes, and emotional burnout.
Then, in 2020, everything came crashing down. I hit rock bottom.
- Overthinking clouded my mind.
- I battled emotional breakdowns and a short temper.
- Depression became so overwhelming that even suicidal thoughts crossed my mind.
I questioned everything. Was this all life had to offer?

Amidst the darkness, a light emerged. I discovered healing modalities that transformed my life:

As I deepened my healing journey, something incredible happened—I started helping others.
My first client, a man suffering from eye fluttering after a heart attack, healed completely in just 15 days through Photo Reiki.
Another client, on the verge of piles surgery, healed within 21 days—without medical intervention.
Each healing success reinforced my life’s true purpose—to help others transform their lives just as I did.
